Don’t worry if it’s your first time to our facility, or if you’re an existing gym member using a new service. We’ll walk you through the whole process for your Wellness Service. From how to prepare, what to expect, and, for self-service visits, how to operate the equipment.

Quick, simple, easy.
All our Wellness Services use Wellness Credits to checkout for the service. Existing gym members enjoy a FREE wellness credit added to their account every month, 4 or more credits for Premium and Unlimited memberships. When you go to checkout, we’ll add and redeem your Wellness Credit if you don’t have any on your account.

- No membership is needed to use our Wellness Services.
- All gym memberships include at least (1) one Wellness Credit each month.
- Premium memberships include (4) four Wellness Credits.
- Enjoy unlimited Wellness Credits with our Unlimited gym or wellness memberships.
- Existing Wellness Credits can be used for any Wellness Service at no additional cost.
- Wellness-only memberships available for a reduced price.
- A drop-in Wellness Session is only $20 for your first visit.
- Regular priced drop-in Wellness Sessions are $40 per visit.
