Our gym provides access to barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, bikes, rowing machines, treadmills, rowers, squat racks, power racks, Olympic platforms, and a turf area for movement and flexibility.
Account changes or cancellations need to be requested via email to membership@ih-seattle.com a minimum of 5 days before your billing cycle for your membership.

“After you sign-up with us, the only action needed from you after purchasing is getting your key FOB registered to your account for sign-in and door access.
