Massage Modalities
Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage is at the core of most relaxation-focused massage. Our amazing therapists bring their own unique touch to their relaxation sessions, blending various modalities to create ultra-relaxing and nervous system calming experiences.
Deep Tissue Massage
Our highly-skilled, licensed massage therapists specialize in deep tissue muscle treatment. We employ a variety of deep tissue massage techniques to create real, effective, and long-lasting change and improvement in the tissue.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release (MFR) is a gentle, yet highly effective massage modality that targets the connective tissue (fascia) of the body - specifically the fascial tissue that wraps every muscle, tendon, ligament, and bone in your body. Great for relaxation and injury treatment alike.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are pinpoint spots of tenderness in the muscles that refer pain sensations to other areas of the muscle and body. These require precision and specific techniques to release. Releasing trigger points has been shown to greatly decrease muscle pain, increase physical performance, and aid in muscle recovery.
