Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle yet effective technique targeting the fascia—connective tissue that surrounds muscles, tendons, and bones. This therapy is ideal for enhancing relaxation and supporting recovery from injuries.

Trigger points are areas of muscle tightness that can refer pain to other parts of the body. Our therapists use precise techniques to address these points, which may help reduce pain, enhance mobility, and support muscle recovery.
